REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS

For items purchased at regular prices, we accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@bussdownbodega.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, returns label will be provided by us and deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for items purchased at a discounted price during a sale event. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction. We encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
